How do I know if I have had a Past Life?

Almost all of us have lived many lifetimes. Those of us who feel like New Souls, may just be new to Earth but may have had lifetimes in other Solar Systems.

Have you ever had a fear and cannot explain where it stems from?
Have you ever met someone and felt an instant connection, like your soul knew who they were?
Have you ever met someone and clashed immediately without knowingwhy they irritate or trigger you so much?
Do you have a subconscious script or patter running, yet have no idea where it comes from?
Have you ever travelled to a new place, yet it seems so familiar to you?
Do you just know you have lived another life, but just can’t quite seem to remember it?

If you said yes to any of these, you probably have some karma to look at!

I have never met someone with no karma and no Past Lives in my 10 years of practice.

Since time is not linear in other dimensions how we perceive it here in the 3D, you may also have “future” lifetimes in the Akashic Hall.

It is very, very rare for a soul to incarnate just once across all of time and space.

What information do you need from me to book?

For Past Life Sessions: the Akashic Hall of Records (the database for the Universe, located in the Spirit Realms) is where all the information for each lifetime is stored, works off your Soul Signature. All I need is your consent and name to access your lifetimes and heal them.

For the Heart Healing Package: all I really need is the info on the intake form. However your Guides tend to try to protect your privacy as much as possible. They will give me relevant lessons and healings either way, but the more explicit or detailed your intentions are with the work, the more they will show me.

For all sessions it is helpful to have an idea of a goal, block or pattern you would like to work on. Please provide this information, and any backstory you would like me to know in the intake form when you book. This way you will get the most value out of our session.

An example of this would be: “I have always had a hard time with my employers, we always seem to get into conflict. Could you set the intention to look at any Past Life blocks to finding a fulfilling job and kind boss?”

“I have always had a hard time finding healthy relationships, could you focus on any blocks around finding a happy, fulfilling relationship?”**

What should I expect during or after the session?

While I am Journeying for you, you can go about your day as usual. You don’t need to hold space or be in any sort of meditative state for the energy work to be effective.

It is common to need a few days to integrate the energies and healings. Integration presents a little differently in everyone. You may feel a little extra tired or vulnerable, but most people are able to carry on daily life as usual. If you book a Past Life Healing, or there is one included in your Heart Healing Package, it is possible to experience Past Life memories. This varies person by person. I recommend with all Journeys to speak compassionately to the parts of ourselves that are healing and integrating. Think about how you would like a loved one to support you, and provide that for your healing/integrating parts!

I always recommend prioritizing self care around any energy healing. Try to:

stay hydrated
get enough sleep
be kind to yourself as you go through this transformation

Can I purchase the same session more than once?

Absolutely! I recommend doing a few throughout your lifetime. Healing usually requires us pulling back layers, and we then find new layers to address once we handle the layer above. This is normal and beautiful because our souls love to learn and transform.

If you feel called to book another session, simply purchase the session again and use the online booking system to schedule your next session. It’s recommended to take some time to integrate and contemplate the lessons and healings from your previous session/sessions first. Our Guides/the Universe can sometimes hold back if we keep asking without receiving and integrating. A good rule of thumb is at least One Week between bookings. With Soul Retrieval, I only bring back the inner child pieces that are ready to come back. Sometimes it can take a few sessions to get all the pieces back home to you. Spirit only gives us what you are able to process and integrate, so more healing work may be necessary in the future.

Most people have thousands of Past Lives, many are happy & amazing, some more painful or challenging (those are the ones we are being called to heal). The Akashic Records tends to only show us what we can handle & integrate. It’s common to need, or feel drawn to do multiple healings.

The same concept applies for our Heart Healing Package. Our Guides tend to only show us what we can manage and integrate, so multiple sessions spread out over time can be very beneficial.

How long should I wait to book another session?

It varies based on the person. I find 1-2 weeks minimum to allow yourself time to digest and integrate the first session.

How do I schedule my call time?

Calendly supplies a b ooking calendar.

Leona will Journey to Spirit on your behalf ahead of time. The call is used to share the information with you and answer any questions you many have. If you would like more time to discuss, let us know and you can purchase another call to discuss the Journey further.

Why does the intake form ask for the location I’m purchasing from?

This is simply for tax/accounting purposes. The Canadian Government has specific guidelines about taxes for services sold in and outside Canada and this just makes her taxes easier to file. Simply the state/province and/or country you’re purchasing from is sufficient.

Please give 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule your call by contacting lionheartleocoach@gmail.com . If you fail to give written 24-hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling, Leona will still record your results and send you a savable link. The question and answer portion will then be forfeited unless, you choose book a follow up call with her at an additional charge.
