It’s been almost 3 months now after I had my first Shaman session with the lovely Ms Leona and I just want to say wow! I am feeling fantastic still! Before I had my session with Leo I had for quite a long time felt like I was missing a piece of myself. Unknowinly, but luckily when I met Leo and after a conversation we had, she mentioned how she is so passionate about the Shaman practice, which a part of what she does is soul retreival. What!!! I’ve hit the jackpot, I thought. Finally someone who can help me feel whole again. When I said I feel that a piece of me is missing, I mean that in a moment or a few moments in my lifetime I lost my confidence, my laugh, my abilty to love. Anyway. So unconfidently I get in my car and drive all the way to somewhere I’ve never been, and driving around here in Canada(I’m from Australia) is not something I enjoy. But yay! I’ve arrived at Leo’s place, greeted with a cuddle and smile.Before Leo started she explained what would be going on around me while the journey she was on to soul retrieve took place. To me it felt like only a few minutes that the journey took place. Once she has told me that it was finished she asked me how I was feeling, which I know I said I was relaxed ealier on but now I am just feeling like I woke up from the worlds best sleep lol except I had insanely clammy palms. We’re not quite sure what that means because I defintely wasn’t feeling the usual clammy hands emotions. I could not have been more comfortable.I asked her what was it that she had felt or that she saw on the journey, and she replied that she saw 3 particular visions that to me seem very relevant to past times in my life that I know was severly hard and scarring for me. She also unintentionally crossed paths with my spirit animal which also has a strange relevence to me. We sat for quite a while, while I just couldn’t stop talking and opening up about what I thought all of this could mean. She explained what she took from it all and helped inform me about my spirit animal, and that she feels what we touched today should definitely have a positive effect in my life. She felt to have retrieved more than 3 lost parts of me.Let’s see how I go I thought, I’m a believer in what she does but I didn’t have much belief that I could feel somewhat healed again. But even the instant effect for being able to leave her place, get in my car and stay relaxed and not even a little bit anxious on the drive home. I was excited to see what happens over time for me.So, as I have said it’s been 3ish months and I am still feeling fantastic! I have gained a bit more confidence where I was feeling like it was lacking and I’ve also learnt to be patient with myself. I’ve learnt to love myself and forgive whats happened. I’m feeling grounded and am proud of what I have achieved. Usually when I am feeling this good I self sabotage, trying to wreck my own happiness because I would feel unworthy.But not this time, now I am feeling like ME! I am feeling wholesome. We definitely have more work to do but for now I can say even this amount of relief is amazing. I cannot thank the universe enough that I was fortunate to cross paths with Leo. She’s helped me so much in such little time that I can not recommend her enough. This girl is so passionate about what she does and about the knowledge she has, as well as the worlds biggest heart. If you get to spend time with Leo you won’t regret a single minute of it.
