If you’re unsure what to write on your intake form start by thinking about where you feel stuck in your life: what patterns you’d like to clear/shift, or what your ideal life/timeline looks like? Don’t worry about getting this “perfect,” it just gives Leo & your Guides an idea of what lifetimes/blocks to dig into so you can get the most out of the session.

If you would like a free recording of your call, it’s best to choose the Zoom option so a downloadable link can be sent to you afterwards. Leo will also send you her session notes and will happily answer any questions that arise throughout the process.

Staying hydrated and well rested after the session will help you integrate the energies better. Energy work can feel a bit vulnerable or tiring for a few days afterwards so it’s good to keep this in mind when choosing your time slot.

HOW TO GET THE MOST OUT OF YOUR SESSION:

• Intention is everything! Before filling out your intake form: think about what goals you have? What patterns you’d like to release? What fears do you carry? Where do you feel stuck in life & could use some support? The more clear you are on this, the more we can accomplish in the session!
• Your Spirit Team will direct us where to go and what to do but it’s always a good idea to set deep intentions before booking your session. This way we can provide the most value to you and know what your priorities are for the session with ease.
• Leo doesn’t need to know every detail of a traumatic event to perform energy healings & journey for you. Don’t feel you have to disclose specific details. If there is a specific incident you would like Leo to investigate, or a certain goal you have for the session, it’s a good idea to mention it so we know what to prioritize but you are not in any way expected to re-live your trauma on the call.
• Drink lots of water on the day of your session
• It’s normal to be nervous or excited. If you’re feeling nervous try to comfort and self-soothe before the call.
• This is deep work. It’s best to choose a time-slot where you have some flexibility & relaxation time afterwards. Integration can take a few days, so best not to do this work right before a big meeting or important event.
• If you need any accommodations made, please write it on your intake form so we can make it as good as possible for you! Leo has made recordings instead of a call for folks with social anxiety, or we’ve done translated sessions for folks who speak other languages.
• Remember you are powerful af! You’ve got this and we love you!
